The Tahoe Tradesman has developed two unique project pricing estimators.

Our basic estimator offers a simple image- and sqft/lf-based input method to provide rough ballpark pricing for decks, patios, kitchens, and bathrooms. The questions are set, and results are emailed.

Advanced Estimator

Our advanced estimator uses an AI chat model. The bot is designed with our pricing, local building requirements, and unique conditions. It will help with most projects you want to price and prompt you with leading questions to guide you. Feel free to skip questions or tell it you are done at any time, and it will provide you with the best rough ballpark it can with the information on hand.
