Careers at The Tahoe Tradesman
At The Tahoe Tradesman, we believe great work starts with great people. We’re a small, dedicated team focused on delivering high-quality remodels that homeowners can be proud of for decades. Craftsmanship, integrity, and clear communication are at the core of everything we do, and we’re always looking for others who take pride in doing things the right way.

Working here means being part of a team that values professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement. You’ll be trusted to do meaningful work, contribute your ideas, and help shape projects from start to finish. Our projects are rooted in the Truckee and North Lake Tahoe community, so the work you do directly improves the homes and lives of the people who live here.

We’re not a high-volume production shop. We focus on quality over quantity, and we’re building a team of people who care about the details, respect the craft, and want to grow their skills over time.
If that sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you. Please email your resume and a brief cover letter to office@thetahoetraddesman.com and tell us about your experience, your goals, and why you’d be a good fit for The Tahoe Tradesman.

We’re always interested in meeting good people, even if there isn’t a specific opening listed.
